1. How is it deployed?
OWA Launcher is made up of 2 parts components, OWA Launcher Admin tool and the OWA Launcher application. Administrators configure s use the admin tool to configure the version of the OWA Launcher application they will deploy to their users, OWA path URL etc.

2. Once installed how is it used.
OWA Launcher is very much in the background. OWA users will come to depend on it every day but generally its either on or off.

3. Why do my users need it?
All OWA users can use OWA Launcher. The MS Windows default mail client is Outlook or Express. Windows can be configured to use other non Microsoft products but Windows can not be configured to default to Outlook Web Access. For OWA to achieve maximum benefit to your users it need to function naturally like a windows desktop application.

4. What Windows systems can I install OWA Launcher on?
Windows XP, ME and 98.

5. Will OWA Launcher work on Macs?
No, not currently

6. Can users change the OWA path or other settings in OWA Launcher?
No, the path names and settings are set by the administrator and deployed to the user. They cannot change them.

7. Is OWA Launcher Secure
Yes OWA Launcher uses the security systems used currently by your OWA deployment.

8. Can end users install the OWA Launcher package?
OWA launcher has no user defined options and is extremely easy to install.

9. Will OWA Launcher use Forms based authentication?
Yes it will

10. Will OWA Launcher work if more then one user is sharing a single computer?
Yes OWA will work with each Windows user, if configured.

11. Can users uninstall OWA Launcher?
Yes we meet all Microsoft application standards and allow users to uninstall at any time.

12. How is OWA Launcher Licensed?
It is available on by per volume user or site license basis. It is free to use during your trial period. End users will experience a single brief small Everywhere Network ad at each launch of OWA if using the free trial version. We encourage you to license OWA Launcher as soon as possible.

13. If we deploy the free trial OWA Launcher will the trial time out.
No, OWA Launcher free trial does not time out.

14. Is it possible to turn off the ads?
